Sick Yoga routine:
-Mountain pose> Fold/ breath exercise
-Down dog > Plank> Chaturanga>
-Up dog > Down dog
-Plank> Leg-to-elbo> Extended leg Down dog
-Plank> Leg-to-chest > Extended leg Down dog
-Step to warrior pose 2 (build heat, arms extended)> Side angle pose> Triangle pose> Warrior pose 3
(Repeat 3x's for intensity)
Ball:
-Ball reverse leg curl (20 reps, 2 sets)
-Ball jack-knife (20 reps, 2 sets)
-Stability/ 'swiss' ball roll out
(Entire ball routine, repeat 2x's for intensity)
