All the comforts of home..


I've been missing my mom lately. I couldn't image any other way to feel cradled by her than to make rice pudding... Just like she use to make it.

2 cups of rice (I used left over basmati)
1/4 cup of raw sugar
1 1/2 cups of soy milk
1 tsp of egg replacer mix + 1tbsp of water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
a dash of cinnamon
