Weekdays off.

One of the perks of having weekdays off is the that the Portland weather gods obviously favor  sunny days during the week..  It never ceases to amaze.

My beautiful got to enjoy some nice outdoor crafts before her nap and mommy got to get a little bit of an outdoor yoga sweat.

Not so bad, eh?

Still, there is school work to be done. This externship isn't going to start itself!

My workout today:
1.) 10 minutes of jumprope
2.) 1 minute Scissor kicks
3.) 2 minute jumping jacks
4.) 2 minutes/ interchanging set Skater jumps

Lift:
1.) 3 sets of 10 Bent over rows (Under + overhand)
2.) 2 sets of 10 Cleans w/ squat

+ 30 minute yoga routine/ stretch
