Falafels of morrow

I could eat falafels all day, everyday.

1 half  Red onion, 1 cup chickpeas,1/4 cup cilantro, 3 cloves of garlic,1 lemon squeezed, 1/2 tsp cummin, 1/4 cup flax/chia, 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

Dressing: 1/4 cup tahini, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 lemon squeezed, 1/4 cup water, 1/8 cup of cashews (chopped), 1 tbsp chia
