I started the morning off with some basic asanas. Here were some of my select favorites.

Wide-legged Forward bend (Prasarita Padottasana):
From Warrior> Extended Triangle pose (Utthita trikona)> Wide-legged forward bend (Prasarita Padottasana)
Down dog (adho mukha svanasana) with leg extension:
From Down dog (adho mukha svanasana)> Extend one leg> Bring toward Outward elbow and hold for 4 breaths> Extend back outward and up> Repeat
Chair Pose (Utkatasana):
Mountain pose (Tadasana)> Upward Salute (Urdhva Hastasana)> Chair Pose
