12 Morning routine.
2.) Warrior flow asana: [6 minutes]
- tadasana/ mountain fold
- plank
- down> up dog
- warrior> triangle pose
- tadasana/ mountain fold

- warrior> triangle pose
3.) Coffee + grapefruit (modulated) with raw sugar [4 minutes]
4.) Work @ 5
This always makes life SO much more pleasant during these long at home working days.
But I can't help but feel totally blessed to have this life...
On my lunches a run and practice what I love, yoga... what could be better?
