Baby girl woke up from her nap early to help me finish up my favorite day: Core day!
It seems a little silly. But I've been doing this embarrassing little number for some time to tighten my lower abs. I call it... "Floor stripper" Haha
It functions the same as "flutter kicks" would, except you rotate your legs outward and pull your legs in tightly. I do this at a slow pace for a slow burn. No need to rush, especially when my honey creeps around the corner to watch me do these... Weirdo.
For an added twist, I use my legs momentum to flip and lock into plank. Sounds harder than it looks.(Try it and you'll know what I mean.)
