Carrot Cup Cakes for my little Cupcake head :)

-4 Eggs
-1 1/4 c veggie oil
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda & powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c chopped walnuts
3 c grated carrots
2 tsp vanilla extract

cream cheese frosting:
1/2-1/4 c butter
8-4 oz cream cheese
4-2 cups of confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

decided to make these little puppies this morning. luckily we had all the ingredients, it's a mess outside!
