Daily asana

Really trying to rework my form and consistency in hand stands. My arms tire easily these days (what with all my biking, lifting, and general flailing around). But nevertheless it's important to keep strength in them.
Hollowback has been crucial in this.

I literally hollow and arch my back to my arm's threshold, pushing my head through while lifting my neck away from the parallels of my shoulders.

This is a powerful and deliciously rewarding shoulder and tricep stretch.
