One of my all-time favorite stress-relievers. When my back stiffens, my brain seems to stop thinking. My mood changes and I tend to snap at people. These things I'm working on in several ways, but one of the more prevalent is pincha mayurasana vrschikasana or the forearm balance scorpion pose.
Lately however, I've been practicing the hollowing of my back and extension of my head through my shoulders. This isn't so easily achieved but it's an incredibly delicious stretch.
