In life, we should be constantly stretching.
To prepare ourselves for any obstacle we may face in the day. For our health and circulation. To appease our muscle strain...And just simply because we're getting old!
Here are a few of my favorite morning and daily stretches for lower lumbar, hip flexors, and those glutes.
