
Aside from it's beauty, I also ran my best... almost 10k. Granted it would've been slightly better if I didn't half to run my 3rd mile uphill, and get lost...and stairs... so many steps....
Baby steps.
I started my day with a quick cardio set:
- 1 full song of alternating jumping/squat jacks
- 10 burpees between skater jumps
- 5 Scissor lunges (on each leg) between side kicks
+ "Power knees" (As beach body would say) as active recovery between challenging reps

And for core:
- High plank core routine
- Single leg extended/ alternating crunches
I'm happy to say that I've officially knocked out my 10 miles for the week.

But I'm still feeling pretty good... so maybe another 5 k tomorrow?
