I feel pretty today in my "just going to pick up my kid from school" outfit. Went on a nice mile run. Even upped my personal best since before winter and ran it in 8 mins 47 seconds. (If only you knew how much that odd number drove me insane). At least there's always room for improvement! Settled my run with some vinyassa flow and thus concluded my "work out/ work routine". Man, I love working from home.
